Full refund can be made when the commission is not yet started or when the rough sketch is not yet sent.

Once the sketch is shown and approved you can only get half a refund.

After the lineart is done or in the coloring stage a refund is not possible.

Preferable contact through EMAIL to send full size files, but you can also contact me through FA notes, Instagram, Tumblr and Twitter’s DM. Please add your name/username to link back to you when the commission is finished.

Commissions will only be done with given reference images, not just with a textual description of the character.

Remember to give a simple/clear description of what you want.

Changes can be done preferably during the sketch process, after the lineart+coloring stage mostly minor changes.

You can contact me and ask about the state of your commission at any time, but be reasonable.

I work through a queue so please be patient if I'm working on a commission before yours.

Commissions can take from a couple days, a week, to a month or so; I'll try my best to finish it in a reasonable time.

All commissions will be posted unless asked before hand.

I might use your commission as part of my Portfolio unless you ask not to or state it otherwise.

You are allowed to use the commission for personal use and repost it, credit would be appreciated.

Personal use includes: Allowing you to print the commission just for yourself (or owner of the character), get it on a shirt, badge or sticker.

The rights don’t come with the commission, so you can't use it to gain profit or for any commercial use. (sell t-shirts, posters, etc)

If you want the commercial usage rights we can talk about it and set a price.

You are allowed to edit the commission up to a recognizable state. Do not use it as a base for commission or gift art/new art, only edit to change/crop a bit the one picture itself. (Still crediting me for the main artwork)

Clients/commissioners don't have the right to mint/sell their commissions as an NFT.

You are not allowed to use my art in AI generators.
